Hello Friends, i am actually experiencing a fax problem since my client changed to another service provider. when a fax is sent, it is sometimes successful but at times only partial pages are received or blank pages.the service provider changed the fax box, did some tests and confirmed that there wasnt any problem by their side.i tried checking out configuration, all seems fine.nothing has changed.
what could be the possible cause ? how can i troubleshoot this ? your help would be appreciated.My client is using a cisco unified call manager express 2811 with an fxs port installed on it.
what is the most appropriate configuration for such an incident.
