Dear All,
I am facing an issue with PSTN dialing. Sometimes users are complaining that they are not able to make PSTN calls from Cisco Phones. We check Router pattern, route list etc everything is fine. However, issue got resolved after re-starting of Cisco IP phone. We are still observing those users (whose issue got resolved after re-starting the IP Phone).
Below are some details :-
CUCM Server :- MCS7845I3-K9-CMC2
CUCM Version :- 7.1.5
Please suggest on it.

Hi,
It is highly possible that the phones itself did not send any message to the CUCM server which caused the issue as the restarting of phones resolved the issue.
If you have any phone which is still not working, then collect a set of CCM trace and post it here.

Also check whether the issue is related to a specific phone model and provide us the phone model affected and the current firmware version.
