We have Unity version: 11.5.1.23900-30. A customer reports a repeated notification email is sent after listening to message. There is a possibility the email address could be also set as a notification device on another mailbox.
Is there a way to search for occurrences of the email address?

From Unity Connection Administration, down the left side menu go to Tools - SMTP Address Search

To test I used my email address which brought up my main voicemail profile. There, under Notification Devices I have my email address i the HTML field. I also have my address in a couple of other Notification Devices - SMTP entries, but those were not displayed. Maybe this will only display entries in the HTML field. Thank you, that can be useful if for example the subscriber had a previous phone number/profile. I wonder if there's a way to search for the existence of an email address in other fields, such as SMTP.

The only way I've been able to find SMTP addresses configured in notification devices is to do a bulk export of all mailboxes to a csv file using the bulk admin tool. It's helpful for finding other info that's not directly searchable from the admin GUI as well.
