Firmware update DX650

Good Morning,

I have been trying to upload the .loads and .tgz files to my TFTP server.  The load file uploads fine and can be searched for, however, the .tgz looks as if it's uploading, but does not show up in a search. 

The file is : pkg1.dx650.10-2-5-194.tgz

this is a bug.

Cannot upload DX650 Firmware Through TFTP File Management

Description

Symptom:
DX650 firmware installation fails with "File Not Found"

Conditions:
Firmware loaded using the zip option uploaded by using TFTP File Management

Workaround:
Use .cop file or manually upload to TFTP with TAC assistance

you need to use .cop.sgn file and upload using freeftpd s/w.

Use the option Software Upgrades---Install/Upgrade under OS administration Of CUCM.

Just for knowledge sharing, refer the release notes which says

Cisco DX650 devices labeled with TAN 68-5217-xx cannot be downgraded below version 10.2(2)
