Force G711 codecs on 7965G and 9971 devices

Hi, I would like some help trying to force my CISCO 7965G and 9971 devices to use the G711 codecs, in the configuration file I did not find a TAG with this option.

Your phone is registered to CUCM right if so you do it on the device pool region settings working in conjunction with an audio codec preference list.

Hello Gregory, I'm actually using the devices in Broadworks, I have passed their image to SIP, and the settings are being done via XML configuration file.
