Hi Guys!
I do have problem when user forward all to cell phone cannot make it. However, when user forward internally it does work no problems. In addition, CSS has privileges to to reach mobile no problems what so ever.

Never mind I got it to work. DID numbers only can make the call to the Cell phone internal numbers can not even if I give CSS to Mobile.

That's the restriction normally from your ITSP side. They are blocking the anonymous call routing.
