Foward No answer goes to AA and not to VM

Hi,

I have (1) extension when I called, after ringing and no answer it goes to welcome message (Auto-Attendant) and not going to voicemail box.

I configured VM profile and Forward No Answer for this phone and the same configuration for all phones.

What happens if you dial the VM pilot from this IP phone?

Are other extensions behaving correctly?

Is this extension length consistent with others and is the DN using proper voicemail profile?

Is it on CUCM or CME with CUE.

If CME with CUE, can you please post the config and along with debug ccsip messages.
