FXO Port connected with 2n GSM gateways

Hi,

I have 4 fXO ports on my voice gateway and each port is connected with 2n GSM gateway. Now the problem is that

1)Incoming call takes 3 ringtones then plays greeting message

2)Outgoing call takes atleast 6-8 seconds delay to hear the ring

Any clue?

Most certainly the delay does not happen in the router. You can take traces to confirm.
