I need some assistance on setting up some FXS Ports.
I have zero experience with H.323 configuration as I've always had my gateways managed my MGCP.
What the customer is looking for is for a number of FXS ports to be configured with outbound dial-tone by pressing 9 and having the ability to make phone calls. It's for a postal machine and doesn't require inbound dialing, only outbound.
I've attached the config of the device, any assistance on this would be awesome.

H.323 is only really needed if you're going to route the calls toward CUCM. If the gateway has both the FXS ports and the PSTN-facing ports in it you can accomplish it with just dial-peers. Here are the two docs to get you going for H.323:
