When we talked about the type of the gateway (as endpoint) that can register with cisco gatekeeper, the gateway can be register as one of the following types
VOIP-GW
H323-GW
TERMENAL
below the output of the command sh gatekeeper endpoint
My question here is what is the differance between each type of them and when we used each type of them??
orpHQ#sh gatekeeper endpoints

The answer to your question can be found with very little effort, have you even tried to google it?
Look at this page from my good friend Matthew Barry aka ciscovoiceguru, http://ciscovoiceguru.com/309/gateway-reg-type/

I saw it already,
How about terminal.

The type Terminal is used by end-points that register to a gatekeeper. For example a video conferens system.
