Get Call Durations From CDR

Hi

I need to get Call durations from CDR, normally we can get duration from the duration field which available in CDR, but is there any other proper way to get call duration from CDR ? software or etc ?

You can look into Call Billing softwares which can give you detailed reports and Call billing softwares process CDR reports. They are costly.
