Global "Busy Trigger" setting CUCM 7.1.5

Is there a way to change the default Busy Trigger setting in CUCM 7.1.5 ?

There's no global setting, it's set per line per device.  The bulk administration tool (BAT) can help you set all devices with the same busy trigger.

Ok, I was hoping that there was any way to change the default setting.

There is no problem to bulk change all devices and configure templates when we are bulk importing new devices but if someone configures a phone manually it is easy for them to forget to change this setting to 1.
