Group Pickup, then after 6 rings call forwarding to reception

Hi everyone,

 

I try to set up a call treatment below for a office.  Just wonder how I can fulfill 2nd item.

 

Item 1.   3 teams(2 -3 members) with 3 pickup groups,  No voice mail for all members at all. No associated pickup groups. 

Item 2.   After incoming calls ring 6 times, If not picked up, the call will be forwarded to reception.

 

Your help is much appreciated.

Hi

On CUCM deployment you can setup 3 line groups where you'll put desired members .

Choose your preferred hunt algorithm 

Setup an hunt list and an hunt pilot where calls will go to

On hunt pilot configuratio define the maximum hunt timer (around 24 seconds for 6 rings )

and on forward no answer field add reception extension

Which version of CUCM are you running

Anyway.. an idea could be that all extensions, that are on the same Line group, should be assigned to the same pickup group.

It is CUCM 8.6

I try to build a test environment...  Looks this solution " Hunt pilot/hunt list/line group " , there is no pick-up group.  

As the users get used to "pick-up group" configuration,  any thoughts/idea to fulfill this way?
