Hi,
Is it possible to configure E1 on H.323 GW to use for example all 30 channels for incoming calls and 25 for outgoing?

Hi,
Yes you can select some timeslots for OUTGOING.
You need to use trunk groups
Something like this
!
trunk group OUTGOING
!
!
controller E1 0/0/0
pri-group timeslots 1-31
trunk-group OUTGOING timeslots 21-31
!
dial-peer voice 9 pots
trunkgroup OUTGOING
tone ringback alert-no-PI
description *** O/G LEVEL 9 TRAFFIC TO PSTN ***
destination-pattern 9T
progress_ind setup enable 3
progress_ind alert enable 8
progress_ind progress enable 8
progress_ind connect enable 8
incoming called-number .
direct-inward-dial
!

For now I cannot test it. Is it possible to limit also incoming calls the same way?
Is it depended from channel selection order (which is configured on provider side)?

Hi,
Sorry you can not control the INCOMING.
This is controlled by your PRI service provider.

Alex,
I have a similar requirement but I do not see an option to add trunk-group under controller. Did you ever test it, did it work? Any other suggestions?

Thanks Alex, my issue was that the trunk group was already assigned to serial interface, as soon as I removed it from serial it was available under controller.
