H.323 gateway, PRI and Caller-id

I've got two seperate locations with H.323 gateways that trunk back to Callmanager 8.5 in a third seperate location, connected via MPLS.  Recently the client had the carrier turn on caller-id on the two PRIs.  At one location, caller-id displays fine, number and name.  In the other location though, only the number shows up.  I verified that caller-id is being sent on the PRI and it's the same carrier for both locations.  Not sure what else i'm missing...

Take "debug isdn q931" with "term mon" to verify telco (not) sending Calling Name.

I did...name is coming through...that's where I'm stumped...with SIP, no issues at other clients...

Check that you have configured "isdn supp-service name calling".

voice service voip

  h225 display-ie ccm-compatible
