Dears,
I have call manage version 7.1.3 connected to it cisco voice gateway as an h323 gateway connected to it 2 E1 PRI channels suddenly while everything was working fine users fail to dial out external calls but incoming calls work fine knowing that no modification have been done to the configuration.

Karim,
Your gateway is disconnecting the call. We will need to look deeper to see why this is happening. Can yous end CUCM traces? Please send the calling and called number. Please ensure the test call is in the CUCM trace before sending over.
Are you 100% sure that there has not been any change to the config on cucm or gateway?

This is what I see in the trace..
After CUCM sends OLC ACK, We see this lines...

After this,
We get an audio disconnect..

So it looks like CUCM is telling the ip phone to release the call.
Can you let me know what happens when they make a call? Does the call just ends?
