I have CUCM version 6 running in standard configuration with a h.323 gateway connecting to Nortel PABX. When I make a call from an IP phone through the PABX to a PABX phone or a PSTN phone (which connects through the PABX) the call connects fine but when either party hangs up I get a re-order engaged tone .
Any ideas.

What interface did you use for your integration with Nortel?

Config looks good, but i am not sure but did you try providing clocking on your E1 interfaces.

Can you post a call that fails to disconnnect while running the following debug on the gateway?
debug isdn q931
