I have a customer who is currently running on version 3.0 of Active voice Kinesis voicemail. I would like to migrate them over to Cisco unity connection and looking for a way to migrate around 2000 mailboxes.Any ideas welcome.Paul

Thanks for the update. But I need to know how to complete the specific field in CallManager 6 on the line and the user associated with it. I am hoping for a way to get this done by csv file

HIThanks but it is not the call back feature that i am after. I want to be able to call a number from a cisco ip handset and have the call manager play back the number that i am connected to. Paul

Thanks heaps guys. Looks like it was a combination of DNS issues and NTP settings on the server. Instead of using the NTP server you can do a once only synch of the timne whcih worked for me.Hope this thread helps.Paul
