I got a ticket that a cell phone users external to our company received a call from one of our office phones. I check the call logs and I can see the external cell phone call into our office phone at the time the customer indicated but I see no evidence that there was a call made from our office phone to that external cell phone. Is there anything else I can do to see if someone has one of our phone numbers and using it as a "relay", cloned it or something? Not sure what to call it.
