Good day I have 3 ip telephones cp-7841, they were reset default but when starting
the phone I see a screen with the following data:
Service name:
User ID:
Password:
I can not access via the web even if the phone already has ip by dhcp,
I do not have CUCM or EspressWay, is it possible to configure a sip line
on these phones without those systems ?? '

Do you have the cp-7841-3pcc or cp-7841-k9 model? And are you trying to make the phone a stand-alone device without a call processor, or will it be registering to a 3rd party call agent?

I want configure the phones to a pbx asterisk but i cant set the line number, i cant set the server,etc.
nothing the startup dont pass this fields:

Password:

The CP-7841-K9= phone model is for use with Cisco call control, like CUCM. For 3rd party call control systems like Asterisk, the correct model is CP-7841-3PCC-K9=.
