I have tried to follow the configuration guide for meetme conferencing. When i hit the meetme softkey and enter the number (888) I get the message 'no conference bridge' on the IP Phone. three-way conference calling also does not work (unable to create conference).

This is on a UC520, stripped-down config attached.

Please enable a 'debug ephone detail', then recreate the problem and upload the output.

Keep in mind that G.711 conferencing is the default operation on CME; all parties in a conference call must use either G.711 u-law or G.711 a-law. No other codec is supported for conferencing. G.729 endpoints can be supported via transcoding to G.711.

The maximum number of G.711 conferences supported by CME varies by platform. If you want to adjust the maximum number of conferences sessions, you may us the following CLI:

telephony-service

max-conferences 8

Also make sure to be using the correct procedure to create and join the conference:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/guide/cmeconf.html#wpmkr1022626

debug attached. As far as I can tell, the phone is using G711, so it shouldn't be an issue.

this happens right in the middle of the log:
