There's a debug lookup tool on CCO

I like these commands troubleshooting voip issues
debug dial-peer
debug voip ccapi inout
IMHO , it really depends on what you are troubleshooting.

Hello Gavin,
There are thousands of debug command available on Cisco Gateway.It really depends on what kind of issue you are troubleshooting.
But here is the link that may help you.

This link is for debug command look up, you provide area of what you need the debug for, and it will give you list of debugs that you can run, please see the attached picture for sample.

Hi
On the IP Telephony part "debug voip ccapi inout" is one of the widely used cli for tracing your call failure in voice troubleshooting. If your troubleshooting is related to this you may refer the following document.
