Hide number on a PLAR or Hotdial configuratoin with Cisco CallManager.

Hi guys,

I've configured a hotdial extension on my Call Manager, as soon as the phone goes off-hook, it dials a pre-configured number. However that number is private and I would like to know if there is a way to hide the number that is dialed, since the users can see it on the phone screen each time the phone goes off-hook.

Hi David,

In the blank translation pattern which you create for PLAR, set Connected Line ID Presentation to 'Restricted". 

This will show called party number as "Unknown Number" and user will not be able to see in the placed call as well.
