Hide Video 8845/65 series phones

When a call is answered the video of the receiving party is showed in full screen with no soft key information above the buttons.  My video session is in the lower corner of the screen.  To get the soft keys to display I have to press one on the lower four buttons.  I have read that there should be a hide video key that when pressed it will take me back to the default screen.  How do I set this up.  I've searched the documents and found nothing for hide video other than it should be there.

This should come by default. Try a different Soft Key template

You may try with changing the line mode on the product specific configuration to Enhanced and see if you see any additional keys.
