Hold button does not work in 6900 series IP Phones

Hi, all.

I have a 3925 with 15.0M IOS, CUCME 8.6 and App Load 9.1.1.0. The hold button in 6961, 6941 and 6921 does not work. I did a debug of IP Phone when I press this button and nothing appears at console.

Does anyone call help me.
