Kindly help me, I have a problem with all cisco phone in my company.
All of them have same problem hold key and transfare key not work when calling any external number.
What system do you have? CME, CUCM, etc?
What phones are you using?
What PSTN connection, i.e. SIP trunk, PRI, POTS, etc?
What is "maximum number of calls" set to on the DN?
Are the softkeys presented but dont work when you press them? Or are they grayed out?
Does it work internally?
Also, check if MTP required is checked on the Gateway as you should not need it and it may be causing you issue. If it is checked please uncheck it.
Well, that is the reason it does not work. You have 2 options:
1. Add MTPs to your system
2. Uncheck it - recommended as you should not need MTP on a PRI

Perhaps you ran out og MTPs or they are no longer registered. See if they show registered under media resources in CUCM.
