Hosting Conference calls

Hello, we have a CME and what is needed is to host conferences; Participants from outside will call into a specific number then they will be prompted for a code to join the conference or get it started. Please advise what should be done or needed for such setup.

CME does not support interactive based conferecing solution natively. You need to look at 3rd party solutions

what about the Call Manager? Cisco doesnt offer any solution for that? Please provide any 3rd party solution that you may have tried before. Thanks
