hello
I need a help to fix an fax issue.The DN affected to the fax is configured in a callmanager
Integrated with a trunk SIP to a NativIP server. we cannot send or receiv a fax .
The fax call flow is PSTN--H323-->ISR---->CUCM----/Trunk SIP/-----NativIPFax Server.

Logs from NativIP show a missmatch of maximum rate bit, the fax server send the Maximum rate bit at 9600 and the cisco callmanager send it at 14400. See details in attachment file
I need your assistance to fix in the Region configuration the Maximum rate bit of the Trunk SIP at 9600.

CUCM regions have nothing to do with faxing rates, you can change the fax rate to desired size at the dial-peer level with following command:
fax rate {2400 | 4800 | 7200 | 9600 | 12000 | 14400 | disable| voice}

I apply the fax rate 9600 as you suggest but the issue is not resolved.
In the logs from RTMT , in the SIP call process there is an error “488 not acceptable media” between the GvoixISR and the Trunk SIP on CUCM.
