In the image below the screen has the LARGE boxes with the information displayed, why?
The majority of our phones display in incoming call like below
How do I get the above display to be like the display below?
In comparing two phones that to me are setup identical, they are distinctly different.
In the image below the top screen appears to be almost monochrome
The lower screen looks to be full color.
I this might be a clue into why the screen display differently
