We bought 5 CISCO 8851 VOIP Phones to use at our church. I am familiar with VOIP phone, but somehow cannot gain access to the Advanced Settings Tab.
Help...I need to get these manually provisioned to RingCentral's Network.
Thanks
Mike

To use a third-party call manager with your IP phone, you must first convert the phone's firmware to Multiplatform MPP. Once the firmware has been converted, you can access the phone's administration web interface using the IP address that the phone has been assigned.
For more info about how to convert Cisco IP Phone to MPP firmware please check the below document:

There are two options:
1. Convert the phones, from Enterprise image, to 3PCC/MPP image (L-CP-E2M-88XX-CNV).
2. Manually integrate the phones to RC using known working SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml files.

If you bought an enterprise phone, check with the vendor if there is an option to replace it with MPP version phones. To convert an enterprise phone to MPP (Multiplatform Firmware ) you need license.
Else go with option 2 mentioned by @Leo Laohoo to register with RC
