Try the following change

dial-peer voice 2000 voip
description ** cue voicemail pilot number **
destination-pattern 500...    (assuming your dial plan is three digits)

I take that back, adding the dots won't help.

It would be interesting to see the debug ccsip messages and debug voice dialpeer though

dial-peer voice 2000 voip
description ** cue voicemail pilot number **
destination-pattern 500
b2bua
voice-class sip outbound-proxy ipv4:10.1.10.1
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:10.1.10.1
dtmf-relay sip-notify
codec g711alaw

TPOC-UC520#sh run | include destination-pattern 500
destination-pattern 500
TPOC-UC520#

no vad

Remove this from the config "voice-class sip outbound-proxy ipv4:10.1.10.1", and I would like to know that you are getting to calling into the voice mail and also how are you doing the calls.

Change codec to "codec g711ulaw" instead of g711alaw.

Brandon

Strip the config down to this and change the last line from alaw to ulaw.  Unless Cisco has recently changed it CUE only runs ulaw

dial-peer voice 2000 voip

description ** cue voicemail pilot number **

destination-pattern 500

session protocol sipv2

session target ipv4:10.1.10.1

dtmf-relay sip-notify

codec g711alaw

Cool, I am able to access it now!!!!!!

Which ID and pin is it asking for now?

The ones that you configure under the inicial setup the first time that you access the GUI.
