I'm not sure but I think you would need to contact Cisco to find that out since everything is on ELM/PLM these days.  I know they can down-convert to a PAK file if you needed additional licensing.  But someone else with the phone loads/device pack on their system might want to chime in for a more direct answer.

You can check from CUCM. Go to System> Licensing

you should be able to see your license uasage reports as well as how many DLU each phone model would consume.

The 7800s won't be on there unless he uploaded the device pack as far as I know.  My 8.6 lab doesn't show them on there since they are relatively new in perspective to 8.5.

Brandon is right (+5) if you don't have the device pack applied they will not show up there.

Diego: Here is the screen shot that shows 7821 will use 2 DLU and 7841 and 7861 will use 3 DLUs on CUCM 8.5 platform.
