We have a cluster of five UCM's on a 7835H2 platform. What is the limit of simultaneous calls that the UCM can proccess before it starts to throttle?
Thanks,
Albert

Albert,
According to the data sheet for CUCM 6.x:
Maximum of 100,000 busy-hour call completions (BHCCs) per Cisco Unified Communications Manager server and 250,000 per server cluster (configuration dependent)
A good thing to use would be the Cisco Unified Communications Sizing Tool. It is available at http://tools.cisco.com/cucst
Thanks,
Adam

Hi Adam,
I saw the same numbers in cisco documentation. I wanted to confirm this. I was not able to access the sizing tool you suggested.
Thanks,
Albert
