How to activate Monitoring Service for UCCX Agents

Need to implement the Monitoring Feature to monitor our Agents on CUCCX ver 7.0(1)SR05ES08_Build080 ASAP. The Monitoring service is Enabled on CUCCX and a VoIP Monitoring Service is assigned. Need to understand what needs to be configured and enabled on CUCM Ver 7.1.3.31900-1. Also need to confirm what IP Phone models that will support this feature in our current environment. Thank you.

Hi referullo,

I think you're talking about Cisco Supervisor to monitor UCCX agent, am I right? If that it's the case, so you will to download the app and assign supervisor priviligues to the selected user.
