Hello Everyone,
I'm Currently Running Cisco Unified CM Administration System version: 8.6.2.21900-5.
Issue :
I'm trying to assign a DID to user who doesn't have a physical Cisco phone.
Can I do this on CUCM ? if so how ?

Yes, it all depends though on how you dial plan aligns with the DIDs being delivered, and what protocol you are using for GW control, SIP/MGCP/H323.

May i know what is the use of that one?
Normally i used to create a directory number by Routing->Dirctory number option in callmanager then I will give forward all to either voice mail or their cell phone.

I'm not sure exactly where you are looking. But yes you can do that in callmanager. From Call Routing-->Directory Number and create the new DN.

Simply!! What you can dial from your calmanager, you can route calls to BY using DID or something else. ,
