How to assign users to IMP v11

I see the users I want to have Jabber under the Unassigned Section under Precense Toplogy in IMPv11. I'm seeing some differences between impv11 and IMPv9. I'm used to selecting the users in the unassigned group and choosing assign. In IMPv11 I do not see that option. How do I assign users in IMPv11?

You need to assign the  user proper service profile in CUCM, there is nothing to be done on IMP server itself for users anymore.

In CUCM admin go to Users Management > Assign Presence Users. You can change the filter to Find Presence User Assignment where Server is empty to find unassigned users. From this screen you can assign either selected users or all users.
