We are getting multiple calls from outside organization. Some of the calls are showing the numbers and some of the calls are showing the name.
How we can block these numbers on jabber.

It's not directly done in Jabber, but in CUCM.

Hi,
It is not a straight answer to your query, but along with the @b.winter mentioned thread, if you are using expressway in the setup, you may have to look into restricting calls using CPL rules and search rules for all PSTN and anonymous calls. it may not helps you to block coming to your extension but avoid sending calls to PSTN (toll fraud).
you may have to look at restricting the calls both in the call manager and expressway to avoid such calls.
