Dear Team Cisco !
I have case study below:
My Customer want to change ring tone watting to music file or file report audio...
Ex: My Customer call to Call Center ( 1900xxxx) -> Tranfer to Extension, while waiting for Extension answer...My customer listen ring tone... I want change it to music file

This answer depends whether you are using a ACD product such as Contact Center Express; or, just calling another IP Phone.
If calling an ACD product it may be possible to play a Music on Hold source instead of ringback. If this is what you're looking for please specify the product and version.
If calling another IP phone this is not possible today. You can submit a feature request to your Cisco Account Manager if you want to see this in the future.

my solution is change ring tone to music file...when your customer watting answer from Extension..not using music on hold
if using music on hold., i can create new profile for some ip phone using music file
