how to check the Logs of EM profile Login

Hi All,

I am looking for How we can check the Em profile Login Logs/Traces.

Example:- If a user logged in to the phone using the EM profile. is there any way we can check whether the user logged on with EM profile or not?

If Yes duration of login and Logout timings?

Hi Chaman,

Once you capture the  detailed Extension mobility traces, the login messages are pretty clear , eg you will see something like "EM Request for xyz" in the trace where xyz is the name of the user. It should be easy enough to filter such messages and generate a report. If you have a sample trace for an EM login you can upload it here and i can take a look.
