Hi Ahmed,
This info is not available if using a 7940/7960, so it depends on the IP phone model. If you are using something like a 7942/45 or 7962/65 then yes there is a line in the Missed Calls entry that shows which of the Lines on the phone the call was intended for. As well as the Details softkey which has all the info.
For example a 7962 has the following;
Line 1 - 6007
Line 2 - 5126
Line 3 - 7001
Line 4 - 5555
When a call comes in for 5126 and is Missed, the Missed calls Info would show the Time the call came in as well as "On 5126" at the bottom of the display.
There was a bug/enhancement for the 7940/60's that was never fixed (notice the "super" workaround" );
CSCdt61023 - Missed/Received calls should indicate which line the call was on
Description
Symptom:
The Missed Calls and Received Calls directories on the 7960 and 7940 IP
phones do not indicate which line the call was missed or received on.
Condition:
This can be an important distinction when there are multiple lines on
the same phone for different purposes. For example, a receptionist may
have a personal line and a shared line with a manager. The receptionist
will see all the missed/received calls on both their own personal line as
well as the manager's line and will not know whether a call-back should be
made or not.
Workaround:
None. Don't call back.

Really gotta love Cisco's attitude toward their own mistakes.
+5 to my friend Rob for the clarification.
