I am having a customer request to disable the voicemail function of some of the phones, registered in the CME(CME 10.5).
They do not want to have the call transferred to voicemail after a couple of rings - the phone must continue ringing until someone picks it up.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
Thank you all in advance!

Yes, remove the call-forward commands from the associated DNs. For example,
ephone-dn 1 dual-line
number 123
call-forward busy 2222
call-forward noan 2222 timeout 20
Remove the call-forward commands via CLI
router#conf t
router(config)#ephone-dn 1
router(config-ephone-dn)#no call-forward busy
router(config-ephone-dn)#no call-forward noan

I am not sure, but i do not think that the telco provides such features.
Our customer explained that after 3-4 calls(he didn't specify how much) the call is transferred to voicemail.
And as I kno that this function with the "call-forward busy 2222 and call-forward noan 2222 timeout 20" were configured manually and then removed by me, it should not be provided by the Telco

OK, I will check with the Telco
I am sure that it is not part of a hunt group - 100%
Thank you for your suggestion.

Dear,
This is always the case with SIP Phone in CME, you most probably you have forgot to do:
Voice register global
create profile
to apply the changes to the phones configuration files then you have to reset the phones to get the new configuration files, to apply the changes.
Best regards,
