We have a new ata 191 K9 V03. It arrived with no access codes. While we can open browser access using the internal IP address and admin/admin, there is no Quick Setup or other Admin control feature. We can see all sorts of settings in Voice, Administration, Settings, but cannot change any of them. How do we enable remote Admin control? We cannot determine a telephone keypad number to show the Admin Enable/Disable setting that we've seen referenced.
We are a small firm with no actual or planned Cisco connectivity but we are unable to change the settings to fit our vendor's needs.
Suggestions most welcome!

If you have an analog desk phone, connect to the RJ 11 port and use the IVR facility to change the IP. Dial 0000 followed by # and follow the prompts
