Hello guys,
I got the problem that my client can't login for personal directory.
Even the user id and pin is correct.
The ip phone(7821) always show "error in authentication".
I am using CUCM 9.1

Make sure the PIN is not set to require change at next login.

I have confirmed that they PIN is not set to force change and it will not login from phone. We are running 10.5.2
