You can use the CMR reports to check the call quality statistics.

Hi Alpert,
CMR ( voice quality ) data should be generated in case the service parameter for Call Diagnostics is enabled. If this is not working even after enabling this parameter then please give details of the call flow involved as I think there were a few bugs raised for CMR data not being generated in some scenarios. Always a good idea to include the exact cucm version with these posts.
