How to hard reset cisco 9971 phone

Dear All,

IP phone 9971 unregistered all of a sudden, it has ip address, correct tftp, default router ip address, please help me how to hard reset this phone.

But this phone is receiving CUCM IP

I mean phone is not receiving cucm IP

I have remove the phone and readded.

Document alternative factory reset procedure for 8961/9951/9971 phones

Workaround:
These phones can be factory reset using the following procedure.

Step 1) While powering up the phone, press and hold #.

Step 2) While the mute button is red and the top left and right buttons are amber, type in the key sequence 123456789*0#


Do not power down the phone until it completes the factory reset process, and the main screen appears.
