We have a UC540 and when an inbound call is placed it takes 1 ring before the auto attendant answers. How do I increase the number of rings to 5 or 6 before AA answers. Also how can I make all extensions to ring when an inbounc call comes in, for instance extensio 221, 222, 223 and so on. Thanks. Hermann

You need to mention the type of lines you're using.
Also, are you the end user ?

They are PSTN lines. I am not end user but support team member

-What is the call flow for this call?
-What is the AA that you have set? Is there any UCCX in the picture or is there a Unity Call Handler?
-What is the CallManager version?
