CDP is disabled on the switchport of my 7941 phone, but it is enabled on the PC port.
Is there a way I can reenable it from the phone?
CDP is enabled on the switch and is finding everything else just fine, just not the 7941 phones.

You do not enable it from phone itself, but Administration pages of the CUCM via the following settings:
Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP): Switch Port
Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP): PC Port
