How to Remove "Wait i Transfer your call" in Unity Connection

Hi

We have to transfer the  call from a Call Handler to Non VoiceMail user extension to CUCM.

Based on the Caller Input (Transfered to Alternate contact no), call will be routed to CUCM. We would like to remove the message

"Wait i Transfer your call" which is being played before the transfered number starts ringing

Note: If the Transfered number is known to CUC, means extension configured as Voice Mail extension then this is not played, but the transfered number is non voicemail user.

I beleive the "Transfer rule" section where the check box ;

Play the "Wait While I Transfer Your Call" Prompt

is not related to this since, since the call is not transfered as per the Transfer rule configuration, as it is transfered out of the CH based on caller input

Also, we tested by unchecking the same, but it didnt help

Any Solution

What I can think of is to transfer this in a different way..

Create a new CH eh CHNEW

On the caller iput set this to transfer to CHNEW, click on attempt transfer

Then go to the CHNEW, edit the transfer rules, set it to transfer call to extension..Then put the extension you want there..set transfer type to release to switch and then uncheck play wait while I trabsfer your calls

Thanks for your Help, But we do have Multiple options on the Main Menu, and there are sub menu with more options so for each caller input there will more extension

This has been asked many times and there is no way to do it..However there is an un supported way to do it..Read this thread. The only clean way to do it is what I have suggested. Jeff lindborg is the guy who developed Unity connection software, so if he says it cant be done then it cant.
