Hi How to setup speed dial without using call manager in IP Phone 7962? and modify directories? thank you

Users can add Speed Dials by accessing Self Care portal. For adding contacts, you can go under Phone Contacts and click "Create New Contact".  You can then search the corporate directory by typing in the display name field.

Our users can log in to the web interface callmanagerservername/ucmuser and edit phone speed dials and other functions. Self care portal.

Where registred 7962?

If other (non Cisco system) - you may add speed dial through conf file
