Please share your running configuration and the output of these two debugs running at the same time when you do a call attempt and put it into two text files.

In addition to @Roger Kallberg's question, could you also explain your setup?

@Alexander Nejo are you responding on the OP @sahiltec information or are you piggy-backing on the post as you have the same type of issue as the OP?
On the information provided.

I don't think you understand the question as posted by @b.winter. From what I understand he is asking which device, your SBC or the ITSP SIP servers, that are sending the 500 error message and then what device it is that receives it? Your describing the call being made, that's not the same thing. Same thing for the second question, which device is sending the register message and what device is receiving it?

So you are not responding on behalf of the OP or are you just not willing to answer the questions I put to you?
By your shared ladder diagram it is the service provided that answers your sent invite with 500 Server Internal Error. You should ask them why they do that. If I where to venture on a guess it is because you're sending the calling number in an incorrect format. I base that guess on information you have in your other post on this topic. https://community.cisco.com/t5/ip-telephony-and-phones/my-inbound-and-outbound-calls-not-working-on-cucm-gt-sip-trunk/m-p/5031841
Please do not post about the same issue on multiple posts.
